I need a lawyer in Melbourne who understands the tech space and start up space who can help me with incorporation, founder agreements, vesting agreements, service T&C and investment agreements. Preferably a small firm who are very efficient, affordable and hands on not a big law firm that charges $1500 to write a letter and gets their assistant to do it.
I also need a Melbourne accountant / book keeper who can do all the record keeping, tax paperwork and provide advice - again low cost, efficient and good. Any suggestions?
