Yeah, I've been thinking about that as well. We'll just see how it gets used -- if people abuse it, then we'll put controls around it. Requiring a fee is one way we can deter (or benefit) from recruiters who would take advantage of.
But then again, I'm not sure if that's going to be a real problem. Why do we want to demotivate people listing jobs? And as long as we have ways of filtering through the jobs, then I think the more the better. Each new job creates a new opportunity for a person passionate about startups and Australia's long term growth.
