I'd be interested in seeing employers/recruiters pay to list - but for that
payment to be reimbursed if feedback on the listing implies that it is the
kind I'd job we want posted (accuracy being the biggest factor imho). Having
a feature which allowed filtering to only show submissions from silicon
beachers who have introduced themselves would be interesting too.

I haven't really thought through either of these ideas though.

But then again, I'm not sure if that's going to be a real problem. Why do we
want to demotivate people listing jobs? And as long as we have ways of
filtering through the jobs, then I think the more the better. Each new job
creates a new opportunity for a person passionate about startups and
Australia's long term growth.
