I'd be interested in seeing employers/recruiters pay to list - but for that payment to be reimbursed if feedback on the listing implies that it is the kind I'd job we want posted (accuracy being the biggest factor imho). Having a feature which allowed filtering to only show submissions from silicon beachers who have introduced themselves would be interesting too.
