I'm a bit late to the party with this one, but if you're still looking for options you might like to have a look at WORKetc. I use it for time tracking and invoicing and it does a great job at this, but it does much more including ticketing/support and a full project management solution.
Have a look at the feature list: http://worketc.com/features . It's not the cheapest option, but it is a really good all-in-one solution and they've added features at a great rate since I started using it two or three years ago.
