+1 on keeping the ban. This has nothing to do with free speech. Everyone banned 
from this list or not has free speech. They can post on their own blogs 
whatever they want.
As a group of people on this list however I think we want to moderate what we 
LISTEN to. While there is free speech, we don't provide a free audience. It's a 
right you earn and a right you have to respect to keep.
This is how this list continues to be valuable. So I say, just let Elias do the 
great moderating he does and let's get back to discussing real issues.
