I haven't read the rules in detail (tch tch to me!), i hope interlaced comments are okay and not frowned upon. I suspect most people have migrated from elm/pine to something that can render HTML? :) So, I would really love to know how this works in start ups. Being able to do it all yourself is rare, but exceptionally successful... having said that, in most cases, i guess you have sayers and doers that are specialists, but critically, they must respect each others specialities... for example, if you put a pure salesman and a hard core techie together (who does not remember the last time he saw the sun!), it's unlikely to work... unless the salesman is fairly technical, and the techie is presentable to clients. (i can say this of course, because i'm every the techie coding into the wee hours of the morning ;) In a startup, you have to pitch in for one another very often, and multi-skill is the name of the game... unless you go 3 or more people... then you can afford an unpresentable specialist :) > Do you all agree in this divide?
