Background - My startup received some funding recently - It is breaking even at about $300K in revenue with a few employees - We've added a couple investors to our board of directors - The responsibilities for the directors will be quite minimal initially, monthly phone updates, and quarterly day long meetings. Question What is the typical remuneration we should be rewarding those directors at?
