Given the stage you are at.....
Per the other comments an investor should not be remunerated unless
they are providing exec services.
Membership on the board is reward in itself and balance their self
interest with that of others.
'Reasonable' expenses and D&O are fair but I have noticed us vcs don't
nickle and dime as much as Aussies.
I don't agree an existing investor or director should get a referral
fee.
For non-investing NED, I agree with Patrick's guidance on equity % but
(depending on stupid local tax laws) it should be options. Seek
advice.
