if you look at it this way: * google search - find clipart - crop and maybe colour change - say it takes 20-30 minutes * 2 jobs per hour = $10 ~= 500 INR per hour * 8 hours in a day = INR 4000 * 22 days in a month = INR 88,000
per year that is (in indian terms); 10 lakhs 56 thousand That is *more than double* what most average designers (with university degrees and excellent photoshop skills) get now for slogging their butts off in full time jobs where they work 10 hours/day with only 1 day per week off! I have purposely strayed away from "good design" as when you get to the ones with more experience and the really brilliant ones, they demand "international salaries" and they get "almost international salaries". Given, that when you are spending a 5ver, you are likely going to be happy with some clipart (because you think you doing a google search would have cost you more than that)... so "average designers" will be more than happy working on the 5ver site...
