Thanks guys. Jonathan - yeah, it struck me that in order to spend $40k in 6 months I will be wanting to spend around $7k per month, meaning, as you pointed out, that I will want at least $7k with me when I arrive (plus more for other things which aren't covered...) Luckily, I have an awesome girlfriend and family with savings who love and support me a lot :)
The reimbursements allow up to about $700 a month for personal rent, and allow you to pay yourself a small wage. Also, there was a second Australian company accepted in this intake - anyone know them? They were called eTutor. I know a couple of other Australian companies have made it in the past, but Australia seems to be drastically under represented overall (compared to the huge number of American companies especially). Also, thanks for checking out the site guys - now I start the uphill slug of getting genuine contributing members :) Regards, Shane ------------------------- http://www.ImmortalOutdoors.com http://www.SportsArbitrageGuide.com/ <http://www.sportsarbitrageguide.com/> http://www.TravellersTrade.com http://www.ShaneGreenup.com <http://www.shanegreenup.com/> <http://www.surebetbookies.com/> On 5 January 2012 16:09, Jonathan Clarke <[email protected]> wrote: > You need to make sure you'll have enough money first to access the > entire grant.
