Hi roBman,

We are looking for someone to help us create a complex shareholder
agreement. We are not sure whether we'll incorporate in Australia or in the
US but we definitely need a law firm that has specific knowledge in this
area. Do you think DLA Piper would be a good choice?

Thanks,
Michael
