a hundred! i remember when i used to make a hundred mistakes a week... i've
grown since then, now i make a thousand :)

Ned, love the way you are recruiting for this position... i think it's
particularly interesting given that the person that comes in with have
aspirations to be a founder soon, so will question everything (to learn),
and in the process will probably ask some good questions, questions that
only "very enthusiastic new blood" can bring, questions that
will undoubtedly help your company succeed in a way that it could not have
without them either...
