Check out Hoiio ...they're like Twilio but in Singapore, very responsive 
with questions etc. The only reason we didn't go with Twilio was they 
didn't support Australia too readily at the time. 

If you want 'deeper' integration talk to the guys at @nexmo seriously 
knowledgable and also have a great SMS product. 

Both of the above have better pricing than the more commercial SMS 
providers.
