Thanks heaps for your contribution. You will note that I left you a space
to put that as I knew it was coming. Suffice to say that the Green Card and
Heart Tax Act are a problem for some (or even most) that want to return to
Australia but not all people that apply for Green Cards. Let's not get side
tracked by semantics as I want valuable contributions from people not
debates.
