I loved Totango, but it was outrageously priced. They have a start-up
version but when you hit the full pricing it jumps into the stratosphere.
We're using Mixpanel but it's one of those products you really need to
devote serious time to, to start getting the most out of it. BTW, I
recommend segment.io as analytics middleware - means you can jump around
analytic offerings without having to do serious integration work everytime.

A product I didn't mention is LivePlan. I really like this and they just
introduced a Scorecard, which presented tracks financial performance but
I've been chatting to them about their product dev plans and they're
looking to introduce a wide variety of metrics. The really nice thing about
their approach is it measures performance against your business plan, and
that's the focus of the scorecard.

I've also got high hopes for Intercom. It's probably my favourite product
in the analytics space because it lets you action your data, and I know
their working on much better analytics. They got funding last month, so
hopefully they kick that along.
