The product need not be specifically for the beauty industry. The product must be mobile friendly.
Few things I'm wishing to achieve... - manage a team of approx 15 beauty therapists - track real time sales of each therapist across various product sets - be easily able to manage, track and update their individual qualifications - manage all their upcoming training - reward staff based on any - all of the above - manage rosters - be easily able to tag staff with current sick leave, holidays due/scheduled to be taken - see staff issues, warnings letters, areas of potential improvement, and their outstanding achievements ( internal and external recommendations).
