You're looking for an ERP platform. But to get it to what you're looking for, it's going to require quite a bit of customisation....either that or you will need to take the "sticky tape and band aids" approach and pick up tool(s) (many tools will do several of below..) for
- team communications - rostering - payroll / super - time off / leave - POS/sales - talent management (training/skills) - rewards - marketing - customer feedback Not sure what kind of budget your client has – if it's a larger business, I would hire someone to pick the right SaaS products and integrate them (or depending on how much customisation is required, build your own) but otherwise, your client/customer will need to do all the hard work themselves copy/pasting or checking multiple systems to do an "SQL join through the brain" rather than just dashboarding everything.
