Hi Phil, thanks for the feedback, this is good stuff. The good news here is that this is entirely doable, as the API can be connected to any other SaaS platform with the right API. We've got Webhooks so you can do whatever you'd like with those too. The frustrating thing probably is that with BareMetrics is only for Stripe right? So while you'd still get your Stripe/BareMetrics reporting - you'd have to do manual imports into BareMetrics for other gateways. Which obviously isn't going to be that practical on a long term basis.
But definitely reporting is big. And EnvoyRecharge has reporting in the app, which while not as glossy as BareMetrics, it does provide you with a whole lot of information across the account.
