Can't say I disagree with any of the points in this article except that you
have the potential added cost of ferrying kids up and down to Uni in later
years...hey someone should really fix that (what moi!)...these MOOCs though
should be more commonly used.

We desperately need Unis out bush...new-style Unis...this really craves
disruption...and I am not saying Unis are the be-all and end-all of
learning...they just sorta partly work (or seem to)...

Anyone got any ideas?

NBN is a factor in regional Oz but an 'NBN on demand' purchase could hit
that...so there are some capital costs for sure...
