A “fund of funds” isn’t an SMSF with four members, it’s an investment fund that invests in smaller VC funds. Those return probability graphs are a useful general guide but your actual returns will vary mostly on the ability of the fund managers and the market conditions during the fund lifetime. A fund that began in 2008 would have a very different return profile to a fund that began in 2018.
