Nobody, but nobody would ever ever quote the price of an apartment, and when the price was eventually quoted I have rarely heard a figure less than 40 lakhs.
40 lakhs (4 million)? Maybe 1bhk somewhere way way out of town. In madras, 2bhk in Adyar is around 1 crore (10 million) now.
