It takes you nothing more or less than 5 minutes to get a cup of filter coffee. 1. Buy coffee powder in small quantities (a quarter kilo at a time max) 2. Four spoons of powder, packed down tight in the top compartment of a regular south indian coffee filter - fit that to the bottom one .. 3. Pour "just starting to boil" water atop the coffee, slowly and evenly 4. Shut the lid on the filter and wait about 5 minutes - during which time you boil the milk The rest is easy enough right?
