e&oe US controls on bringing plant material into the country .. you can buy vetiver leaves quite easily at herb / vegetable stores here in chennai. Usual recipe for ice cold water in summer - mud pot with water stored in it and a sprig of vetiver leaves added to the water. Fresh and cool smelling, even cool tasting, water guaranteed. Damn, I need to get one and lay in a supply of the other pdq - thanks for reminding me.
