The Kindle app was the first app I downloaded when I got my iPad and over 3 +
years my reading has seen a sustained high level. It's especially good of me
since I read a lot of fantasy and sf and there is a lot if good new writing
that is published direct to ebook. It also allows for instant gratification
rather than having to wait till I visit the US to pick up books. Finally, I
don't have to invest in new bookshelves. So all in all, big thumbs up for ebooks
