Candace, the commercial approach of MLMers (multi-level marketing) and the MSPers (mild silver protein) seem to have an enormous amount in common. They both often have a good product, though sometimes not, and they both seek to maximize their profits (like most commercial outfits). This is apparently the case with Lawrence and company. It has never been an issue of his product having no validity, but instead, that to those who are making their own effective and safe sollutions, it is grossly overpriced and unecessary. These points did not slow the onslaught of incessantly commercial and even arrogantly misinformed posts of this gentleman, Unfortunately. Finally, and thank God, he chose to cease his efforts to convert the entire list to his misinformed position. Fortunately, the members of this list have enough sense and experience in these matters to not be deceived by obvious methods such as these. > Also, I was wondering about the best way to make CS, Marsha sent me a >generator but it does not work, shipping created a short somewhere, and I did >not trust myself to make it correctly! Let me suggest that you send it back to Marsha for repair/replacement. It is probably nothing serious. Marsha's generators have helped some of our friends on this list very much, so we know they work! (Or you could make your own!) >What do you find is the most >effective way to make the CS? If I were to buy a machine, what is the best >one to get? Can I make a homemade generator and produce CS that is of >consist ant strength and quality? > "Best" method is often a matter of what serves your purpose most expediently. If on a hike in the woods, the 9 volt method would be the "Best", probably. (Or to take a concentrate along in a 1 ounce bottle.) If you were in your car and far from a home, your car's battery could be the "best" method...better have your electrodes and wires with you. :) Also, it would be an neat experiment to connect a plug designed for the cigarette lighter in an auto to your generator wires and make some going to work. :) Bob Beck claims his colloidal silver, made with a single 9 volt battery is as good as any in the world. He has had tremendous results, as have a vast number of others who have used this method. He claims very small particle size, well within the colloidal range and therefore most effective. The method is limited by the low tech nature of the method. One cannot produce large amounts, or concentrate the solution meaningfully. But for personal use, convenience, and reliability..who can beat it? >From my perspective, all these methods are important, and then there is my favorite method of making the yellow-gold CS that I have nurtured for some years now. All these things are good, and have served us well, thank God for them. Ideally , there is a way to create the smallest particles, have the least amount of wear on the electrodes, require the least amount of effort in the generating process, that is most efficient in the use of the electircity, safe in the generating method, produce the product with the best shelf life, etc. One could go on. The pursuit of perfection in these methods is a noble one, no? Sometimes the simplest is "Best" though. Let me share what I am doing now with you. I purchased some silver ingots ($5-6/each) ....999 pure fine silver, of course. Then cut a cardboard box in 3 X 3 inch squares (just need two squares per generator). From there I stacked the two squares on top of each other and cut slots in them to fit the ingots(and spaced these slots a minimum of 1 inch apart) with a razorblade. You can cut an old lamp cord from the lamp and strip the wires, attach aligator clips, retaining the plug on the other end for the wall socket. I use an 8 ounce glass and fill it with distilled water. This entire method, if you have an old lamp, and after you buy your ingots, will just cost $10-$12. You need to exercise caution in the use of this method due to the higher current used!!!! (NEVER touch these electrodes when current is passing through them!!!!ALWAYS turn off the current before handling these in any way. Do not turn them on until they are positioned on top of the glass filled with your distilled water, and turn them off before removal!!!! Make sure that there is ALWAYS a gap between the bottom of the electrode platform (cardboard squares) and the surface of the water in the glass. Always keep this setup out of reach of children and pets, or anyone not knowledgable of the dangers and methods of safe use....just for starters :) But it is easy, and convenient, and apparently produces extremely small particle size. I use a switch activated plug strip for ease and safety in this mehtod. These can be purchased for around $7 at Wallmart. Now I need to test for the ppm and particle size . Does anyone have some addresses for labs that you can recommend from personal experience?? I have some stashed in archives, but would have to spend time digging. Thanks in advance! The resistance test I ran last night proved that a colloidal solution is being produced, I am very interested to see the results of the tests and am making several batches to send to the lab right now. > I was also wondering what the general consensus is about the color of the >CS. I thought it should be a light yellow/golden color? I have two types of >silver here, Sta Young and Mild Silver Protein from Dr.Farber. Is this the >same MSP that Lawrence is involved with? Sorry about all the questions! > All true colloidal silver solutions have colloidal particles, it is a matter of the proportion of the colloidal particles to those that are larger (uniformity of particle size), and then the concentration of these small particles in a given solution that are the crux of the issue. The "Best" true colloidal solution will be most uniform in particle size, therefore the larger (unuseful) particles outside the colloidal range will be absent. Speaking from a "purist" orientation. :) However, high concentrations of these small particles is not necessarily better, because they require fluid to carry them through the body. One can get the same amount of silver into the body by taking one glass of 5X strength CS ....or five glasses of 1X strength. The body will get the same amount of silver, and this appears to be the most important thing (and getting enough fluid with it to aid in the transport of the particles AND ELIMINATION OF WASTES FROM THE BODY CAUSED BY DIE OFF.) The shelf life of the yellow-gold solutions I have experience with goes well beyond 6 months, and this is even stored in a concentrate. I will always be grateful for these solutions, all of them that work...yes, even the good that is done through MLMers and MSPers! :) > And I would love to hear from Lyme patients about there experience with CS >and how they are doing now! FINALLY A SPELL CHECKER:) > Sorry, I can't help you here...I am not a "lymie", but others have had a lot of success in this area , as we have seen. >Thank You All, >Candace You are most welcome, Hope this helps, God Bless, Scott JOHN 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
