Hi Donna, Right now I'm trying WaterOz that Dameon recommended. I've only been using that for a few days though..I'll let you know if anything changes. However, before that I was using CSPro's product as well as Mild Silver Protien, except the cost was really steep. All I know is I"m feeling great and I know it's all due to CS. Nick
