BTW....  Yellow dock grows everywhere, and its not too late to harvest
it, thought it is all brown and dead on top. Pull it up, and make a tea
(boil for about 20 minutes) using about 1-2 tablespoons. The amount in a
capsule is not likely to do you much good unless you take a heap of
them.
