The CS thread you linked in was pretty good. Each person is going to have a different approach. The moderator on the thread reacted to the CS situation in a way that's familiar to me. All the claims and counterclaims and the near total lack of systematic study and decent references yield a real muddle. We're all test pilots. If you read that forum, notice the effort to standardize on a low cost do-it-yourself plan and recipe. We need to do that as well. More on that in another post. Thanks, Fred.
