Hi there! I came to this list after a friend of mine suggested using CS to get rid of intestinal parasites (blastocystis hominus and geotrichum, a type of yeast).
I am using CS from Innovative Natural Products at 500x. My friend told me it is dangerous to use homemade stuff and that this was the best brand out there. Well I have been taking it for a few days and definitely feeling die off in the form of low level migraines. I assume this is a good sign, not a bad one. I am taking it on an empty stomach and swishing it around in my mouth for 30 seconds. A few questions: is this a good brand to use? How long might the process take to get rid of these types of critters? Has anyone else had success using this approach? Does one stay on this forever? What about good bacteria, are they harmed at all? If not why not? I know these are a lot of questions and I am definitely a newbie.
