Boy I love this forum most from the 30 forums I lurk in. I agree doctors cannot help much there. My father died at 86 from a complete set of heart diseases and general atherosclerosis after 40 years of heart complaints but all this time he stayed away from the handfuls of drugs doctors prescribed. Actually I made cayenne tincture some time ago and am still afraid of its burning action but will start using it. Do you take it regularly or only when you feel discomfort ? Where I live Emergen-C is not available but I will find a similar complex of minerals and vitamins plus several grams of Vitamin C daily. You are right, it is not easy and it is expensive usually to maintain this regimen but I will try. Best regards to all of you.
