Hi Sandy, It's most effective to preserve at least a sentence or two from whatever message you are replying to so that your readers can understand the context without having to go back to earlier messages.
Re-sending an entire message or even a whole thread just to add a few lines is also inappropriate. Somewhere between quoting everything and quoting nothing you'll find the sweet spot. Nobody's going to be bothered if you're off by a few lines or paragraphs one way or the other! <GRIN> Be well, Mike D. > Hi There Dan - I appreciate what you have said in yours - however others > on this list have requested, in the past, that all the preceeding > references be either shortened or deleted - so I would suggest that you > look at the headers of the mail - this may help you in your quest > for which mail is being answered - have a wonderful day Regards Sandee > > Peace is easy ... it is a Mindset > > > -- > The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. > > Instructions for unsubscribing are posted at: http://silverlist.org > > To post, address your message to: silver-list@eskimo.com > > Address Off-Topic messages to: silver-off-topic-l...@eskimo.com > > The Silver List and Off Topic List archives are currently down... > > List maintainer: Mike Devour <mdev...@eskimo.com> > > [Mike Devour, Citizen, Patriot, Libertarian] [mdev...@eskimo.com ] [Speaking only for myself... ]
