Cheapest easiest way to replace an excellent device  - Inversion Board - which 
moves lymph, strecthes, helps elongate and takes the gravitational pressure off 
the spine is to acquire a piece of wood board to fit the width and length of 
your body and position it securely on an incline.  Simple, easy, cheap.

How do injuries occur? Are they part of the rebounding process, like a 
strained ankle, knee or something, or due to an accident like bouncing 
off of it or into some furniture or falling?
