Interesting about how long people with lupus have to live. and yes, there
are various types of lupus, some more virulent than others...BUT my Mom was
diagnosed with lupus about 50 years ago....she's still going strong. I have
a girlfriend who was diagnosed, in her early 20s...she has been married for
at least 10 years now, had two children and is going strong. So while it
can be terminal - it isn't always.
I would love to hear testimonies on how CS has treated lupus....my Mom's
lupus presents in the form of lumps throughout various areas of her
body...she has had the lumps removed from - her upper arm, her thigh, cheek,
and lower lip. Janice's lupus manifests itself internally but from last I
heard, she tires easily - but then - who wouldn't be running after two kids
under 6 ...!

Subject: CS>Lupus
Brooks----Marshal----Terry, or anyone else with some input.
I have a good friend who's wife has lupus and was diagnosed six years ago
and told she had probably eight years to live. There are a number of
autoimmune diseases that have presented and I was wondering since it's
autoimmune if CMO might have the correct effect as it had on my RA.
Or if anyone has another modality to explore.
