The Omron Ultrasonic nebulizer is popular.
Any ultrasonic humidifier that has no filter or one that can be bypassed,
will do.

Medisana Ultrasonic personal humidifier...no filter and has nebulizer
discharge tube [not advertised as such in the literature but printed in the
instructions.
Amazon.com...another good source
Nebulizers can also be made out of cheap air brushes and oilless air
compressors..or use an oxygen tank to power it.
Can't usually buy nebulizers in a drug store without a prescription, but
you can on-line or off ebay.
Even squeeze sprayers like Windex comes in can work in a pinch.
I know of at least one chronic life threatening lung infection cured that
way in just a matter of a few days, after the docs gave up.

CS in a nebulizer might be highly effective. My girlfriend and I went to a
comedy show and a week later we both came down with the worst
cold/flu we'd ever had. We were sick for 3 ½ weeks. I finally decided
to try nebulizing CS. She was an RN and would have no part of such
an experimental therapy. I was CURED in under 5 minutes. I wasn't
expecting anything remotely that amazing. After 20 minutes or so
and seeing how much better I was she decided to give it a try. The
results were the same for her, and we went out for dinner that evening.
Bird flu doesn't worry me all that much at this point.
