Thanks, Dan, Good suggestions, will try them out. Actually, since this
doesn't actually hurt, I am not overly concerned, but maybe I should be. I
just related to the left side of head posts. Thanks, Ruth

If this has no physical cause like virus or the like, it is possible to
look at it from the perspective of energy being stuck in this area.
First of all, don't get overly worried about the symptoms as mentally
concentrating on the symptoms can make them stronger. Try stroking over
the area lightly and continue on to the areas without sensation to make
the energy move. Try stroking with the hands just above the skin,
without touching the skin with the idea of moving the energy on to the
rest of the body. Some visualization like breathing in through the nose
and then breathing out through the mouth and imagining the energy moving
on out with the out breath should help...

Hi, Marshall, I guess I would not have thought of any of these as being
the cause, since this is not incapacitating, however, maybe they are
warnings that one of these is coming on. Trouble is, I have had these
episodes for several years, can't seem to put a finger on what brings
them on. Thanks, Ruth
