I am looking for an efficient water filter for our water and had considered a distiller which is inexpensive and can use making my CS, but recommended to me overall was a reverse osmosis system which I can get off ebay now for $114 plus postage. Now, I was wondering if I could use the pure water from a reverse osmosis system instead of distilled? Also, thinking of later when we might not have electricity!
