Hi , Leslie, The burning pain starts in a sore place under my right center
ribcage which would be over the gallbladder-liver area., one corner of the
stomach may be there, too, have to look at a picture again. I have a
feeling that it is the small area of irritation that the doc sees when he
does a scope. I do have a small hiatal hernia, I am told, but not sure where
that is located. He has told me that it isn't severe enough to require
antacids regularly, just as needed. Prilosec or anyof the other antacids
don't work. I don't have a gall bladder any more. Just had a cat scan.
Liver seems to be normal as well as other upper ab organs. Have to ask if
the cat scan shows such things as the hernia, or if the spot of irritation
shows up with it. I can't quite picture how a cat scan works. They've said
it takes pictures of one's organs kind of in slices, very fine ones. Ruth

bananas which some say are constipating. Right now am having the opposite
