I tried to get some 35% H2O2 from a colleague, who absolutely would NOT consider the idea; the stuff is very carefully controlled in a university laboratory setting. Your warnings are on target.

It would probably be smarter to purchase a good-quality ozone generator; SOTA makes one that sounds good, though I have not used it. (A new model is in the production stages.)
