You can report spamming directly to PayPal and they "will" investigate it.
Click on "forward" so they have the entire posting and change the "Send to"
address to read:
_sp...@paypal.com------------------------------------------------------------use_
(mailto:sp...@paypal.com------------------------------------------------------------use)
the Paypal address and forward the letter to that
address. No problem. Ed.
