Can you explain the reasoning behind the warming of milk at bedtime? Does
it enhance the activity of tryptophan?

I personally enjoy 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan 5-HTP which is 10 times more
effective than plain tryptophan... according to all I have read.

Health food stores usually sell the 5-HTP extracted from Griffonia... a
legume which is native to Africa, or at least is the source location now.

Extracted 5-HTP is much safer in regards to the microbiological fermentation
process utilized to make tryptophan. I trust Nature's organic synthesis
techniques over and above anyone else I have met.
