Maybe I'm just not studied enough, but it has always been my understanding
that water-soluable means that whatever is water-soluable will dissolve in
liquid.  I have heard of ionic copper, which has a VERY small particle size,
and works extremely well for parisitic infections, but even then, the copper
is still not water-soluable because it will not dissolve in water.  If I'm
off base here, please educate me.
