Hi Dianne, I'm afraid I'm not one who measures things with accuracy. The DMSO I put on topically, not internally, just CS internally. The DMSO I have is the gel which is 70% DMSO and 30% distilled water. I mixed more CS than DMSO; just used enough of that to make the silver non watery and sticky. The l-lysine I have is 1000mgs and this I took 1- twice a day. Hope this helps. Dee
