Although your warning is not to be taken lightly, there are FAR more people percentagewise who die from adverse reactions to over-the-counter medications than from royal jelly. I am ass-u-me-ing that this person was allergic to bee stings, so imho this is the only person who would want to be very careful about consuming bee products. It is also possible thet it was contaminated somehow.
