Well thats a 'Good Thing'(TM)... :)
But the same thing applies - if it isn't updated, it will exhibit this
problem - and obviously it is not updated, or /etc/localtime is not
pointed to the correct time zone file - which should be:
/path/to/zone/files/PST8PDT
I'm not a solaris guy, so can't help there.
Chances are this is an older, unpatched box...
