Thanks for all your feedback guy's and gal's after I posted my
question I thought Oh brother that's kind of a GREEN question cause
poking around more at the site I did read up more on ionic silver; but
it's nice to get group feedback. Thanks for bearing with me  ;O)

Initially, I started out making solution in a qrt. jar. Took approx 4
hours. Yesterday I went to a 1 gal glass jar. Anybody making CS in
this qty? If so, how long is it taking to complete the process?

I knew it would take considerably longer (that's a given). I have been
turning off the unit and cleaning the electrodes every 2 - 3 hours to
remove sludge build up (didn't want build up to end up in solution).
So far so good. Dwell time so far totals 12 hours thus far and
generator is still running.
