Food sources are always in balance. Unabsorbed calcium which most are can 
cause calsium deposits in kidneys, joints, etc. MCFI from seaweeds has good 
research and is from food and New Chapter calcium is in food matrix. It's the 
dairy,sodas,caffiene that cause the calcium defiency. After 23 straight years 
of 
nursings sometimes 2 at a time and pregnancy my calcium levels are good and 
bones strong.
