I bet you could liquify it and ship it cryogenically... but you 
probably still would not be allowed to, or find a trucking company 
willing to take on the risk. <grin>

Outside of the tiny amounts dissolved in water that we're using as MMS, 
that sounds like *nasty* stuff!
