I'm not Bob, but I have the el cheapo model Love distiller, and I do
use the DW for drinking, coffee, tea, humidifiers, ice, and cooking when
I have enough. I don't add minerals to it, as I feel I get plenty from
diet and supplements. And I take some DE too. I have some allergy
problems from certain minerals in multi mineral supplements, such as
Concentrace, but I might well use that if I could. It would spoil the
taste of the DW for me, though, as I like it as it is.
