I got that really bad flu but only missed two days of work, alot of my co-workers ended up in the hospital for a week...I mentioned before I had let my gaurd down and wasn't taking the cs...but when I started getting sick I bombarded myself and it did not stay around long...but I am taking msm and powdered vitamin C along with all the other vitamins and lot's of filtered water. I also might mention I put vicks on the bottom of my feet and chest that controlled alot of the coughing. And finally...two years ago I posted a wanted add for a nebulizer in the freecycle on yahoo in my city...I think every city has one or one close to them. I got a really nice one for free. debbie
