It appears that the kittens are drinking the non-CS water by what you said above, but then you are saying that they have fleas and making it sound like that CS does not take care of the fleas. But if they are drinking the non-CS water, how can you decide that? BTW is the CS water pure CS or are you diluting it by putting some CS into their water?
